The Southern Senatorial District Youth Movement Of Cross River State heartily congratulate His Excellency Senator Prof Ben Ayade on your landslide victory at the just concluded 2019 governorship polls and a return to Diamond Hill, Calabar.
It is a victory for all lovers of true democracy and indeed a reflection of equity justice and fairness on the peaceful coexistence that binds Cross River State together.
Your people oriented programs; industrialization drive, Job Creation, inclusive governance especially at the grassroot level that serves as a catalyst for social and economic development in the state in your first term in office has characterized your overwhelming victory. This should as well serve as a lesson for other political office holders in the state and beyond.
It is our strong hope and prayers that the trust given to you will be a source of inspiration to deliver the goals set as you work towards completing your signature projects, promoting transparency, and ensuring the welfare and security of the people of the state.
We therefore, urge Cross Riverians, irrespective of party affiliations to join hands and work with HE for the overall growth of the state.
Congratulations also to Cross Riverians who have shown that they have come of age, rejected the threat to our peaceful coexistence and stood firm for the gentleman agreement of the zoning principles that must be respected going forward.
