Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and different leaders of the Peoples Democratic Celebration (PDP) on Saturday attended the social gathering’s governorship marketing campaign rally in Benin Metropolis, the capital of Edo.
Abubakar requested Edo residents to solid their votes for Asue Ighodalo, the candidate of the PDP.
The off-cycle governorship election within the state is scheduled to be held on September 21.
Godwin Obaseki, the governor of Edo; Aminu Tambuwal, senator representing Sokoto south; Ifeanyi Okowa, former governor of Delta; Donald Duke, former governor of Cross River; Adolphus Wabara, former president of the senate; and stakeholders of the social gathering have been current on the occasion.
