The Director-General of Cross River State Scrap Regulatory Agency, Capt JE Offiong (rtd) has lauded the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Sen. Bassey Edet Otu on his leadership sagacity in fostering the Scrap business sector.
He mentioned this in his felicitation message to His Excellency Sen. Bassey Edet Otu and his Deputy, Rt Hon. Peter Odey to commemorate the 365 days of Season of Sweetness.
In his message, Capt Offiong averred that Gov. Otu’s policies are genuine reflections of his people’s first mantra which has repositioned Cross River State into a new era of transpositional development.
He went further to acknowledge the tremendous reforms that have taken place in the Scrap business sector.
He said “Your Excellency your proactive leadership trait has helped to stabilize and foster the Scrap business sector. It is on this note that on behalf of Babajide, Tete, Emmanuel, Michael, Adejemobi, Nicholas, Pst. Donald and myself, I wish you an auspicious reign as the Governor of Cross River State.”
