Otuekong (Sir) Francis Edet, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Cheiftancy Affairs has expressed delight in the complementary performance of Her Excellency, Rev. Eyoanwan Otu in the State as the First Lady of Cross River State.
Otuekong Edet mentioned that her humanitarian trait has helped to cushion the downtrodden syndrome among the Children, Widows and less-privilege.
He said ” Her Excellency, is humanity personified. Her penchant for truth, fairness and justice has singled her out as one of the pillars for His Excellency success story within this one year.
