The Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has described that the passing of the spouse of late Ooni Adesoji Aderemi, Olori Arawunmi Dorcas Aderemi, as an enormous loss.
A signed assertion that was issued by the Spokesperson to the Osun State Governor, Mr. Olawale Rasheed, famous that Olori Dorcas Aderemi, who handed away on the prime age of 105, was the final surviving spouse of late Ooni Aderemi, the primary Governor of the Western Area.
Governor Adeleke acknowledged the lifetime of service lived by Olori Dorcas Aderemi, saying that she can be sorely missed for her unwavering dedication to traditions and the royal family.
He famous her liberal nature as evident in combining custom to her sturdy Christian religion, saying that because the Iyaale Akui Royal Home, a place she was elevated to in 2019, Olori Dorcas Aderemi, continued to play a pivotal position in St. Peter’s Anglican Church, in honouring the legacy of his late husband who was concerned in its founding.
The governor condoled the Arole Oduduwa, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja I, the Ile-Ife conventional council, the Olori Obas, the fast household and the individuals of Ile-Ife for this painful lack of Olori Dorcas Aderemi.
Whereas praying to God to repose her soul and grant her everlasting relaxation, Governor Adeleke urged the household she left behind to honour Oher reminiscence by sustaining her legacy of contributions and sacrifices.
