300 contributors, together with college students, workers, and members of the Organisation for Girls in Science for the Creating World (OWSD), will tomorrow, February 29, converge on the College of Science Boardroom College of Lagos (UNILAG) for the ninth Worldwide Day of Girls and Women in Science, hosted by the establishment’s chapter of OWSD.
It goals to advertise Science, Expertise, Engineering and Arithmetic (STEM) amongst ladies.

The Director of Public Relations, Adejoke Ibraheem, in an announcement, defined that OWSD is a programme unit of the United Nations Instructional, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), based in 1987 and operates from the places of work of the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), in Trieste, Italy.
